Attic roof-deck foam

Conditioning the attic by foaming undersides of the roof deck. Popular when ductwork lives in a blistering unconditioned attic above Hixson and Ooltewah homes.

Attic floor air sealing + foam

Targeted foam at penetrations and top plates, sometimes combined with blown insulation. Useful when full roof-deck foam is over budget.

Crawl space wall foam

Closed-cell on stem walls as part of encapsulation discussions — especially where humidity and musty air rise into living floors.

Rim & band joists

Small square footage, outsized comfort impact along exterior walls and over garages. Often a first insulation win.

Kneewall & bonus rooms

Cape-style and finished attic rooms lose conditioned air through kneewall cavities; foam or sealed batts need careful detailing.

Pole barns & shops

Metal buildings around Soddy-Daisy and north Georgia need condensation control as much as R-value — foam liners are a frequent ask.

Helpful details for a better quote

  • Approximate attic square footage and roof pitch access
  • Whether ducts are in the attic
  • Existing insulation type (fiberglass, cellulose, none)
  • Any roof leaks or active moisture issues (foam should wait until those are fixed)
